Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Eulogy Master for services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Description of Services
Eulogy Master provides eulogy writing services, including consultation, drafting, and revisions. The exact scope of services will be agreed upon before commencement of work.
3. Service Expiration
Client acknowledges that Eulogy Master shall have no further obligation to perform and/or provide any Services in the event such Services are not utilized by the Client within 365 days of commencement of Client’s payment for Services.
4. Project Pricing and Cancellation Policy
The project price takes into account Eulogy Master’s expertise, skill, and time, and prices are based on the complexity of each project. Once work has begun, the Client agrees to pay the full amount for the services rendered. If the Client chooses not to proceed after work has commenced, the payment will not be refunded, in line with our No Refund Policy.
5. Changes in Client Information or Project Scope
If additional or new information is introduced after the first draft is provided, additional fees for consultation, writing, or revisions may be applicable. If the Client fails to submit the correct information or omits information needed to create the ordered document(s) accurately, Eulogy Master is not obligated to include this information after work on the Client project has already begun.
6. Past Client Updates
Updates for previous clients are billed at Eulogy Master’s hourly rate or a flat fee of 50% to 75% of the original project cost, depending on the complexity of content to be added and amount of work to be performed.
7. Rush Fees
If an existing client (who has already booked a project) needs a document sooner than the agreed-to date, a rush fee will be assessed at 50% of the cost of the original project.
8. No Guarantee
Eulogy Master cannot guarantee specific outcomes as the results achieved depend on many factors outside the services provided by Eulogy Master.
9. Liability and Indemnification
Eulogy Master is not liable for any inaccurate, incorrect, or misleading information in the prepared materials. The Client agrees to hold Eulogy Master harmless from any liability and to indemnify and defend Eulogy Master against any claims, demands, and damages.
10. Waiver of Responsibility
Eulogy Master waives any responsibility if changes are made to the documents which Eulogy Master does not expressly advise on, agree to, or to which Eulogy Master strongly discourages.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
12. No Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. Eulogy Master does not offer refunds for any services provided. Once work has begun, the Client agrees to pay the full amount for the services rendered. If the Client chooses not to proceed after work has commenced, the payment will not be refunded.
13. Changes to Terms of Service
Eulogy Master reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Eulogy Master website.
